OWNERSHIP AND USE OF INDIVIDUAL CLIENT INFORMATION

• All client information provided by the client is the sole property of the Cambridge Executive Institute. The Cambridge Executive Institute is not a medical or health care institution; therefore individual client information contained within Cambridge Executive Institute files does not constitute a “medical record” and state or federal regulations and statutes with regard to ownership, use and privacy of medical records do not apply to it.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees whom we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or to do their jobs.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

• Cambridge Executive Institute may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Cambridge Executive Institute account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
